Grouch:
This is Wyatt in his costume for the Missoula Children's Theatre's production of Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs. The performance was Saturday and they did AWESOME! We enjoyed the show so much. It was almost as fun to watch the other children and their reactions to the play as it was to watch the play itself. It is amazing that in only one week they were able to pull this thing together. I have a greater appreciation for these 2 ladies and what they did for the kids. After they show they asked for help to take down the set. I know when someone says set and mentions take down in the theatre you think....ugh....no thanks. Well we decided to stay and help, only because we were waiting for Wyatt to turn in his costume and things. This was easy. We learned (because they travel all over the US) that everything that the bring fits into the back of their pickup truck. The sets were all fabric that was stretched over pipes. The decor was sewn on to it. Take down was a breeze. These 2 ladies had it down to a science as to what goes where to get it all to fit into the truck. I think that after this, we will try again next year to see if we get more kids in the play.
