One "Heart"y meal

I was getting the potatoes ready for our Sunday roast this week. As I was washing them and pulling them out of the bag this is what I found:

The kids wouldn't let me cut it, so I put it right into the pan as is. Can you say that we had a "heart"y dinner that night?
